My son is recently diagnosed as bipolar and not at all ready to accept it. I was looking for info for our family and him and the idea of mood mapping seems reasonable.

I am bipolar manic with no family or freinds to the outside world im am a mix of things , crazy , a great guy , mean , loving , ive had many girlfreinds most of whom were wonderfull , but have run them all off , if I were to have got help a long time ago id probably would wstill be with the first girl I was ever with ! This is the first time ive ever written or spoke about this publicly and I still have not sought help , I continue to self medicate wich is probably not good but ive also been sober for long periods of time as well and that was just as bad , cant say if ill ever get help , god gave me this brain maybe for a reason who am I to change it , I will suffer till the end !

I have a son who is 22 years old. He shows alot of signs of being bi polar. He is also going through alot of personal disappointment in his life. All of the family besides me{his mom} and his girlfriend have gave up. I need desperatly to find help foe him before he hurts himself or causes any more damage to the family.
