The Holiday Blues

People with bipolar disorder often find the holdays quite difficult to deal with because of the added stress of all that we are expected to do or feel we are expected to do.

As we go into the holiday season we should prioritize our activities, be moderate with food and spending, be realisitic in our expectations of ourselves and others and not ignore our feelings. It's not fun for anyone when we can't cope with the season.

I hope these articles help to guide you through the holidays.
